Gavin handled my visit to Douglas Park and he couldn't have been more helpful.
Arrived at 8.40 am ,was told car should take around 4 hrs, returned at about 1.00pm and had to wait about 2.5 hrs before car service was completed.
It took 3 visits to get the problem with the EGR valve sorted.
Welcoming and friendly service with courtesy lift to hotel which was appreciative.

On picking up my car from a service I was waiting for an hour - which seriously impacted my working day. I had already been contacted to say my car was ready to pick up so I was very unhappy with this.

Always bought from Douglas park,on my third bmw and my wife is on her second mini, bought my first car from bothwell and delt with Danny Fergusson whose attitude and service was first class,second time delt with hillington and was let down badly.

Gordon Hutchinson, the service advisor, was very helpful and efficient and kept me advised as to the progress of my service. When I checked in the car, I mentioned an issue that I had been having from time to time and this was addressed.

I was able to wait for my car to go through an mot and it was a pleasant environment.
I was able to leave the vehicle on a Saturday morning for a Monday service and collect it on the Tuesday which suited me perfectly.
Completely satisfied. initially tried to book the car into Harry Fairbain Giffnock used for servicing our 3 series for the last few years. Extremely disappointed with the lack of response to telephone calls. (Survey completed by Mr R A McGhie)

No issues with workshop at all. Marked down because of transport to and from City. If you are not able to provide quicker uplift it would be better doing away with the facility altogether and customer make own arrangements for transport.

Car was booked in and work completed efficiently
No issue with the work but timing was poor. When booked in, I stressed I hadto wait on the car. I was told it would be approx 2hr. Despite me chasing the service staff, it took 4.5hrs. As a result, I missed an appointment.
Very satisfied, my car was repaired and returned to me washed and hoovered as well, which was a lovely touch!

Had to go back in to sign a document before pick-up, even though I'd already signed docs at time of purchase. Also had to then sign a further admin docs a week after I had the car, which I presume were missed on collection day.

As above, my car was originally due on the 5th March, pushed out to the 7th March, then the 9th. My company car went back on the 8th, and my BMW didn't actually arrive until the afternoon of the 12th, leaving me without a car for 4 days.
Excellent salesman and management helpful on every area
I had asked the sales person to make sure that the service indicator was set to show the first service was due in Feb 2020. As the PDI had been carried out in Feb, the indicator shows the service as being due in Jan 2020. It cannot now be corrected.
The dealership did everything they could to ensure the purchasing experience went as well as possible, and were sympathetic about the withdrawal of the upholstery I had chosen in my configuration. They deserve 5 out of 5, BMW deserve 3.5 out of 5
Just an exitment getting a new car. Im 25 years old but I think I will always have that excitement toward cars. Particularly when I am more able to buy M cars, particularly M3 or M5
