Got back quickly to tell me car had been fully checked and was ready for pick up.
Discontinuity of service. Prices given in the dealership were different to those on the dealership website - no reason given and response was surprise that I had questioned this. See above for more detail.
They do what need and pleasant with it
I received a high standard of service at all stages of the process from booking the car in to collecting it after the repair had been completed. I dealt with Margaret Duncanson, Customer Care Manager, who was knowledgeable, polite and professional.
Would have been "Completely" if I had been loaned a 2 series as promised and if the loan car had been clean especially the interior. I was offered the choice of waiting for the loan car to be valeted but I did not have time to wait.
For the same fault to occur twice in 8 months and then for the second repair to be guaranteed for just 3 months is unacceptable.
Kept me informed throughout
My car was returned to me with assurances the problem had been fixed when it hadn't. On phoning to ask what had happened I was assured it had been fully quality checked and they couldn't give me another appointment for three weeks.
The service that Douglas Park Glasgow is second to none, they really do look after their customers and they give you back your car clean - which is always handy.
Staff know what they have yo do and do it in a very professional way
Although my car was in for a major service it was ready to drive away at the estimated completion time by the service desk.

I asked if it would be possible to get the car back quickly (i.e. In around 4 hrs ) as helped me with my plans for the day. This was achieved and the car was returned serviced and valeted. Thanks.

All the comments above apply. The two most important factors with servicing are firstly, confidence that the work has been properly conducted, and secondly that the price is fair. I was very satisfied on both counts.
I have no complaints about the treatment or the service provided.
I challenged them saying repair not covered by the warranty I pay for. Even said bmw warranty has a number for them to call. No response. Had to pay £500 even though warranty costs me £40 monthly
Could have been a 5 star but the waiting of 50 minutes was a down factor as I and others don't have that kind of time to waste
After the 3rd time of my car going on for a noise at the drivers wheel it has now been suggested its my brake discs. Not happy with the amount of time spent on this then when the warranty is almost over it's blamed on a non warranty part.

The damage to the drivers seatback in my opinion had been caused by the metal framework of the seatback becoming broken and eventually puncturing the leather and not due to a stitching defect as stated on the internal invoice.
The staff were friendly and dealt with the problem, however I was inconvenienced when I visited the garage to find the tyres were not in stock and had to come back 3 days later.

I have dealt with Gavin Lindsay on several occasions over the last few years and again this time he was very helpful, efficient and excellent at giving explanations and keeping me informed as to the progress of my car.

Physical work done was fine but when service people don't listen and then ignore their customers it means it is time to find a new garage. The service manager did listened and discounted my bill, but I would rather not have had the poor experience
Job done with minimal hassle. Happy to do work and look after car while I was away on holiday so very convenient. Lift into town after dropping off car a nice touch.
