"Information re car was good. Financial advise was very patchy no affordability questions. Not clear how much was going to be paid and assumption made re mileage. Ended up paying considerably more up front than i had budgeted for."

"The gentleman I was dealing with lied to me and also misadvised me. He did apologise for this. The car was purchased in december with winter tyres, he advised that the summer tyres he had placed on the car had lower tread than the winter tyres.."
