I had asked for my car to be ready for 10 am and Brian in service phoned me exactly at 10 am to say the MOT had been Carried out
Previously I had been able to get someone to come and pick up / deliver back my car which makes it easier for me to sort timing for service etc. This is important for me as I travel a lot and it's difficult for me to take the car to the service site
I specifically asked for new wiper blades at the time of booking. They were not fitted because they did not have stock.
For many years I have had the pleasure of the facilities BMW and they have never failed

This is the second car I have had that they can't fix. First one broke down five time (Once on a day I had just picked it up).The car I have now with a drive issue. Bought last year, picked up with scratches and a rattle. Now the drive issue.
Car wasn't clean on the inside when picked up. Greasy marks from fitters shoes on carpet and mats also remains off cable ties in the boot. Not what u expect after spending £500

Staff were very accommodating and included a couple of other items above and beyond the MOT and service ie winter tyre change and pre end of warranty inspection. This meant everything was done in one visit

Just utter money stealing rubbish. Tried to charge me 120 quid for a test they didn't even tell me about.
I was advised I needed one new tyre. As they were four new tyres I wanted a matching one which Parks did not have. I took the car/tyre to my supplier and there was nothing wrong with the tyre which I was advised needed replaced. Still in use.
Superb. Car had developed a fault prior to a lengthy trip. Adviser Brian at Douglas Park managed to have a technician check it at a day's notice even though they had more than 90 vehicles booked in. Couldn't ask for more.

Service offered was 3 weeks in advance, no offer of a courtesy car and on mentioning this, I was then given a date circa 8 weeks hence again. Please also refer back to my previous remark regarding the manner in which the conversation was conducted.
Excellent customer service and the fact that the car could be collected - free of charge - was an added bonus.

Ever since I bought my car from Douglas park I have constantly been let down by the after sales department. Ongoing issues not resolved and inaccurate information on tyre tread depths when performing service mot and vehicle health check.
Cost of service was an issue but that's BMW standard costs and parts.....
I booked my service and courtesy car on 25/1/19 over the phone. It was a month in advance due to the lack of availability of courtesy car. When I arrived I was told my car was booked in for a service a month later and no courtesy car was available.
I had a brake fluid replacement done while I waited. It was a pleasure to sit and know the process would be smooth and efficient.
Paid to get an issue fixed, took hours longer than they told me it would, then I had to go back as the issue reappeared two weeks later
Car was ready when promised and work was carried out to the usual high standard. Had to wait slightly longer than normal when picking the car up.
Provision of a replacement vehicle was not confirmed after several attempts to have this confirmed I was on the verge of returning vehicle.
Excellent customer service
Was left standing for the drop off in town even though I was first waiting for 25 minutes. Driver just shrugged his shoulders and drove off with other customers. Very poor customer service.

if you go into buy a bottle of windscreen wash and they do so quickly and without hassle that is all I require
My car was recovered for a puncture and I was allowed to leave without the puncture repaired. The business was in breach of GDPR and is currently being investigated for this. I have sent 6 letters of complaint and yet to receive a single response.
I found the support services provided by Douglas Park to be really good:they keep you informed of what is going; give you prices before you commit to extra work and are very accommodating (I had messed up my service time - they sorted me out.

Most paintwork damage repaired, but very slight paintwork damage still remains
I was a little disappoint that I was advised on the phone that my rear tyres were below 2mm and the recommendation was to replace them. When I viewed the video later it was clear that the average was over 3mm and were probably good for a while.
I like my BMW and take it to BMW for all repairs and services but the service department took a couple of hours longer this time than expected and meant I was late for an appointment.
The car service was very good and found the service video informative. The staff at the front desk were helpful but I felt some to be unprofessional. Not being the first time, I feel disappointed considering that BMW is a highly reputable company.

Waited over 5 weeks for service appointment. Car was not clean on delivery back to me.
Excellent service from start to finish, advisor kept me well informed throughout the day, also car got a wash and hoover. Couldn't fault Douglas Park Glasgow in anyway at all, will definitely be back and would recommend to any BMW/MINI owner

Somewhat dissatisfied as this was the 3rd time the same brake fault was reported. The fix could and should have been achieved 1st time around had more attention been paid to identifying the problem. One week after repairs the fault has returned.
Poor customer service, unsatisfactory resolution was achieved as bmw Glasgow's response was to offer a free MOT.

I bought my car SG65 CKX new from Douglas Park Hamilton but would prefer to deal with Douglas Park Glasgow.When my handbrake would not work Parks Hamilton could not look at the car for 10 days so I was supposed to drive around without a handbrake

Not enough fuel in car on collection - just one quarter tank of diesel for a £54,000 car! This leaves a very negative impression I am afraid. Douglas Park Glasgow really needs a dedicated handover bay. Name wrong in V5 and Finance documents.

The experience during purchase was great but delivery of new car was disappointing as at collection time there was a problem with the car with a BMW recall. The car was delayed for two weeks before handover.
