Service was positive and efficient, but would have preferred loan car to have been an equivalent or next model up. The latter would enhance customer experience and promote brand acting like a test drive whilst own car unavailable.

I was advised my long-standing problem with digital reception on my 640 was in fact a known problem by BMW. This was after nearly 4 years of questioning why my radio did not work properly. Not amused to be told BMW have no intention of finding a fix

Everything was straightforward. Our car was collected and delivered back by a very pleasant chap, and the car had been very nicely cleaned inside and out.

Car required part that was not available at time of service. Need second appointment to have part fitted.
I was advised by Colin that he would call me as soon as the service was completed which he did so as agreed. He also went over everything which was done etc Car was ready when expected which was appreciated.

Last time round during routine brake service you where looking to sell me complete systems (pads & disks) only changed the pads and next time round no mention of disks no mention of padsVery inconsistent and looking to change product early
Happy but one box wasnt ticked regarding anti freeze etc so not sure if this was carried out as my windscreen washer was low on fluid. The assistant said they just overlooked tucking it off but Im not convinced.

I was very happy with the friendly & welcoming staff on the service reception who offered decent service.I am disappointed that the workshop staff felt the need to disconnect my dash cam & wondered what happens in workshops that needs to be hidden!

The cars warranty work was not videod correctly by technicians. I revisited only to find the warranty clerk finishes at 4pm Monday to Friday and is not in at weekends. This Means I will be without my car for more days for viewing/work

There was plenty of staff so there wasnt a long waiting time, the person I dealt with was great and they took good care and explained everything. They also got me a lift to town and washed the car!

As above they didnt fix rattle. Service prices also high. I also need a small piece of plastic for the side of the door and I think almost £40 is expensive. I believe this couldnt have been fitted properly at manufacture stage

Always kept up to date with booking the date and time, I was sent reminders. Once at the garage dealt with quickly and with courtesy. I was offered a lift into the town centre by the garage. Car was ready for collection on time.

Missed the fact a fuse had gone affecting the handbrake, cigarette lighter and usb port until I reminded them.
Douglas Park are very accommodating when I need work done and nearly always fit me in on a Saturday. I trust them and pass several other BMW dealers on my way to them. They are not the closest to me.
I had a warranty repair and asked about what had gone wrong with the item that had to be replaced. The service adviser said he knew nothing about it and just wanted to get on with the paperwork. No offer of finding someone who did know about it.
Professional staff not over priced
All ran as expected, getting to and from the location is an issue. At other service centres the car gets a good clean and feels like its been valeted - that would be a nice touch.
Efficient, well organised, courteous and helpful. From memory, I have been looked after by Douglas Park for something like ten or eleven years and have no complaint throughout that time!
All work carried out as agreed. Kept in touch throughout, including a video explanation of work required.

Everything that was required was completed within the given time frame,and I was notified that the car was ready for collection.
As I don't understand why I need to pay for a courtesy car when other car dealers offer you one when your can is being serviced by them.
On the day, the service was very good with helpful reception staff and efficient repair and return of the car however despite contacting the dealership ten days before bringing the car in (for a warranty repair) I was told there were no courtesy cars
Again staff were nice and kept me up to date with progress of the car.

Car was bought with a refundable deposit. Had some problems getting the deposit refunded as the accounts department couldnt process anything after 5pm.

I was handing back my Motability car for the first time and they salesman made the whole experience so easy.
My only negative point was that the flowers for my wife were very poor. When we got home and opened them to put in a vase the stalks were rotten and the flowers dying. All went straight in the bin. Other than that it was straight forward.

Car ready for pick-up on time and was shown around car by a BMW rep which was appreciated.
The salesman was polite and helpful although the vehicle was supplied without the towing eye and after requesting for the number plates to be fitted with double sided tape when I removed the front number plate there were holes drilled.
