I had a warranty repair and asked about what had gone wrong with the item that had to be replaced. The service adviser said he knew nothing about it and just wanted to get on with the paperwork. No offer of finding someone who did know about it.

All ran as expected, getting to and from the location is an issue. At other service centres the car gets a good clean and feels like it’s been valeted - that would be a nice touch.
