Service experience is always very good at Douglas Park.
Last service visit involved a brake fluid change. Car was given back with a soft brake pedal. Service person was defensive and gave excuses for problem. I felt that communication was poor and did not feel that there was a genuine apology given.
Courteous, fully informed re progress of service . Managed to sort air conditioning as a last minute request .
Car was not valeted and part of service due next month forgotten to be done
There was a longer than anticipated wait to get a lift into the town centre after i had dropped my keys in. There was also a long wait to when returning to pick my car up after the service.
Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment to get car repaired. Car goes in, wait almost a full day to be told that "somehow" the wrong parts have been ordered. Given that I was the party put out, I had to do what was "easier" for the dealership

I had to make an unplanned stop at Douglas Park as my car was considerably overdue a service and a warning light appeared. Staff were extremely helpful. They went beyond correcting the issue and gave the car a check over before I left.

Car collected from home at the specified time and delivered back roughly at the time advised
Car was not ready on time. Over ran into a 2nd day. Garage asked for the courtesy car back as it was booked out leaving us with no car. When this was highlighted we were allowed to keep the car. Our car was returned next day washed and vacuumed.
Sales executive David Ferguson was excellent, great advice on what to get, reply's to calls or emails really fast and can help with any question

very unhappy with the manner of dealing from BMW Glasgow. The exception is your Genius Megan who was very knowledgable and helpful and led us to come to the conclusion that we would buy a Mini Countryman
Checking the car in was easy and quick, I was offered a lift into town, the car was cleaned and valeted for me. Just overall good service.
Servicing as advised and scheduled
Had an issue with contradictory information given by Parks regards my brake wear. Having raised the matter the answer was that the technician was right but if I was unhappy just drop in. Clearly I didnt but heyho no follow up from Parks so assume ok
Kept updated throughout the service
3 visits - Car in for service / MOT. Presented for MOT before service and failed. Ruptured tyres (over 10 since I have had vehicle). New tyres sourced (BMW grossly overpriced) and fitted. Car not re-presented for MOT as further ruptured tyre found .
Although the wrong tyres were ordered for my car, I was provided with a courtesy car immediately and given a free MOT as compensation for inconvenience.
Excellent service including being able to fit extra work in without keeping the car any longer than originally anticipated. I was kept fully informed about progress throughout.

Had to call emergency support as coolant low after check saying ok Gone in for 3 new tyres but one was not inflated properly

Quick turnaround for the repair and kept informed throughout the process however some of the 'courtesy' health check recommendations felt like a sales pitch to get money rather than legitimate issues.

I couldn't get booked in on the initial date I requested and if I wanted a courtesy car I would need to wait for 3 months I Had a rear light fault and they didn't have the part to fix it so I had to illegally drive my car for a week

My Car is 4 years old with 55,000 miles. When I booked service I was told that I was covered by a 5 yr service package. On dropping the car off I was advised that there could be a mileage limit. Only after the service was I advised I was not covered

From calling up to make the booking, to dropping the car off and picking it up the process was very smooth. Staff are all extremely courteous and helpful. Car was cleaned before coming back to me as well!

Very poor, waited 1 hour to collect my car as the service technician apparently went home with my keys in his pocket and again nothing being done to sort the corroded brakes. Still actually waiting on a phone call about it from the service advisor!

I had asked for my car to be ready for 10 am and Brian in service phoned me exactly at 10 am to say the MOT had been Carried out
Previously I had been able to get someone to come and pick up / deliver back my car which makes it easier for me to sort timing for service etc. This is important for me as I travel a lot and it's difficult for me to take the car to the service site
I specifically asked for new wiper blades at the time of booking. They were not fitted because they did not have stock.
This is the second car I have had that they can't fix. First one broke down five time (Once on a day I had just picked it up).The car I have now with a drive issue. Bought last year, picked up with scratches and a rattle. Now the drive issue.

We had spent a lot of time picking and selecting the right car for us. We did not receive this car. It was the incorrect seat colour. Upon realizing this our options were 1:- Accept it 2:- Reorder with a further 4 month lead time and increased cost.
Couple of marks on the leather seats.
Test drive of vehicle and sales staff explained everything very well. Felt I was a valued customer. I will give future custom to this dealership.

We are very satisfied with the service we got, it was very professional compared to other car dealers. If I had one very small issue it would be that we didn't receive our new car in the handover area. Everything else was perfect!!

Very satisfied, Barry did the handover to me however explained pretty much all of it on the initial test drive so there wasn't much more to cover except the iDrive system
Sat nav had not been installed. I was told to take it in at the weekend and it would be done but when I did I was then told the code had not been received and this why it had not been installed. Still waiting for this to be installed 2 weeks later.
Car was immaculate on handover and every question I asked was dealt with competently.
Still waiting for the 2nd car key.
Our appointment started later because the customers booked in before us were late. This wasn't a problem as it wasn't BMWs fault and other staff looked after us while we waited.

Chris was first class. Knowledgable, friendly, helpful and he made the buying experience a good one. I would go back to the same dealership next time due to his attention and friendly manner.
David and Chris were friendly and also efficient in dealing with my specific requirements. Jack was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic when explaining the features of the car. The bouquet of flowers I received was a lovely touch too.
Not enough fuel in car on collection - just one quarter tank of diesel for a £54,000 car! This leaves a very negative impression I am afraid. Douglas Park Glasgow really needs a dedicated handover bay. Name wrong in V5 and Finance documents.
