I left my car in for refurbishment of two allow wheels and fitting of a new tyre. On return to my lodgings I found that the rim was damaged during the fitting of the new tyre.I contacted Douglas Park, still waiting for response

The cars warranty work was not video’d correctly by technicians. I revisited only to find the warranty clerk finishes at 4pm Monday to Friday and is not in at weekends. This Means I will be without my car for more days for viewing/work

I had a warranty repair and asked about what had gone wrong with the item that had to be replaced. The service adviser said he knew nothing about it and just wanted to get on with the paperwork. No offer of finding someone who did know about it.
