I like my BMW and take it to BMW for all repairs and services but the service department took a couple of hours longer this time than expected and meant I was late for an appointment.
I was a little disappoint that I was advised on the phone that my rear tyres were below 2mm and the recommendation was to replace them. When I viewed the video later it was clear that the average was over 3mm and were probably good for a while.
The car service was very good and found the service video informative. The staff at the front desk were helpful but I felt some to be unprofessional. Not being the first time, I feel disappointed considering that BMW is a highly reputable company.

Communication and overall treatment
Waited over 5 weeks for service appointment. Car was not clean on delivery back to me.
No real problem with the workmanship, apart from previously mentioned and staff are very nice.

Excellent service from start to finish, advisor kept me well informed throughout the day, also car got a wash and hoover. Couldn't fault Douglas Park Glasgow in anyway at all, will definitely be back and would recommend to any BMW/MINI owner

Somewhat dissatisfied as this was the 3rd time the same brake fault was reported. The fix could and should have been achieved 1st time around had more attention been paid to identifying the problem. One week after repairs the fault has returned.
Staff are very efficient in dealing with your vehicle issues.
Poor customer service, unsatisfactory resolution was achieved as bmw Glasgow's response was to offer a free MOT.

I was sold a car that was going to need a £500+ service within 1 year of buying it. Had I known this, I'd had negotiated a better deal.
I refer to the first of my two recent visits. As a long term customer I would have expected friendly courtesy from the service advisor!

I bought my car SG65 CKX new from Douglas Park Hamilton but would prefer to deal with Douglas Park Glasgow.When my handbrake would not work Parks Hamilton could not look at the car for 10 days so I was supposed to drive around without a handbrake

Both on the phone when booking the service and when at the desk on the morning itself I was told I could get a lift back to Kelvinbridge if I sat and waited. So I sat, only to be told by the driver that he would only take me to Buchanan Street.
Very professional and helpful staff.
Dont return phone calls for hours and hours, emailed me telling me they would call and hadnt by 30 (thirty) hours later. Tried to fix a fault by believing it was a loose connection. It failed within 20 minutes of returning the car to me.

The team at Douglas Park are very professional and nothing ever seems to be a too much trouble....we have had a 17 year relationship with them for a very good reason!
It took a long time to get the car eventually booked in however everything else was good.
Terrible customer service. Wouldn't look me in the eye when speaking. Too busy tapping keys on keyboard. Spoke to me in rapid quick fire jargon and instead of saying "I don't know but I'll find out" he simply made stuff up!!
Not 5 out of 5 as the only thing that good possibly be better is a designated time slot. Everyone turns up early morning and you are unsure when you will be finished. Providers like quick fit offer designated time slots for mots
I was advised in initial phone call that the Douglas Park Premium Card which I have, which states 10% off parts and service would not apply for a new wheel. I then found out later that I was entitled to the discount. Reimbursement still awaited.
I would have said completely satisfied, but fell a bit short due to having to return the car after the service due to a red service warning light showing.
The dealership has always offered efficient service when dealing with our issues, which are all faults with the car and not their workmanship.

Service was positive and efficient, but would have preferred loan car to have been an equivalent or next model up. The latter would enhance customer experience and promote brand acting like a test drive whilst own car unavailable.
