The issues w my car were addressed. It was returned to me with a couple of nice upgrades. Black badges seriously a nice touch. They fixed the squeaks in the door. As always front door staff are professional even if things do not go the right way.

Whilst I cannot fault the quality of the service work, I was a little taken back by the price (over £700) of what was essentially only replacement of filters, aMOT and a new tyre. I found this expensive considering it is a 64 plate with 26500 miles.
Its difficult to say you are totally satisfied when you are spending money on servicing a car.

A very simple matter but ......... my car had been cleaned which was great but the boot had not been hoovered n the car had not been dryed. Dried 'spots' were on the car.

You were asked how long you were willing to wait for car and it was delivered on time. My windscreen wipers were highlighted as being in need of replaced with a reasonable price given, this was also carried out within on time.

We were looking for a 6 series as a courtesy car for the day as we are looking to invest in one. We thought this would have been a good idea to try it out for the day as its a big commitment But were told a £250 charge applied ??

As above, service had been cancelled in error. I was then offered a courtesy shuttle in to the city. Having waited where told, after 30 mins was told the driver had been several times, by a condescending lady behind reception. A colleague assisted.

Refused to honour service warranty as mileage in excess of 49,000 which I was unaware of and had no formal paperwork to confirm this. My family have purchased 6 BMW cars but in view of your company's attitude I am unlikely buy to another.

When I arrived at the service centre, the computers were not working, causing a bit of a delay, but otherwise everything was OK.
The computer successfully diagnosed an intermittent fault and the engineers discovered the cause of a long-term noise from the rear (sticking brake calliper).

Discontinuity of service. Prices given in the dealership were different to those on the dealership website - no reason given and response was surprise that I had questioned this. See above for more detail.
They do what need and pleasant with it
I received a high standard of service at all stages of the process from booking the car in to collecting it after the repair had been completed. I dealt with Margaret Duncanson, Customer Care Manager, who was knowledgeable, polite and professional.
Would have been "Completely" if I had been loaned a 2 series as promised and if the loan car had been clean especially the interior. I was offered the choice of waiting for the loan car to be valeted but I did not have time to wait.
For the same fault to occur twice in 8 months and then for the second repair to be guaranteed for just 3 months is unacceptable.
Kept me informed throughout
My car was returned to me with assurances the problem had been fixed when it hadn't. On phoning to ask what had happened I was assured it had been fully quality checked and they couldn't give me another appointment for three weeks.

The service that Douglas Park Glasgow is second to none, they really do look after their customers and they give you back your car clean - which is always handy.
Although my car was in for a major service it was ready to drive away at the estimated completion time by the service desk.

All the comments above apply. The two most important factors with servicing are firstly, confidence that the work has been properly conducted, and secondly that the price is fair. I was very satisfied on both counts.
