Well organised and friendly attitude
Whilst I was offered a lift into the city from the garage I was not offered to be picked up, this cost me a £10 taxi fare due to the rain. Not great service.
Car was in for 1day but took3 days to fix service manager was not very helpful.
A nice custom facility not far from the showroom.

Service was good and great getting the video regarding tyres. However asked for rear wiper to be checked and I was told it was but very first use after it was still making the same noise
Although more repairs were required than first expected, Owen was very good in dealing with my concerns and we got to an agreed resolution.
First class treatment and the staff went out of their way to help and make sure our vehicle was repaired on the day so we didnt have a 200 mile round trip back to garage.
Didnt have to return to garage when car was ready, they dropped us of at nearby shopping centre, also they took our car to sales showrooms, easyer to collect car , and valeted our car, brilliant

My phoned booking for getting my winter wheels fitted wasn't recorded but instead of turning me away and making another booking, they fitted me in the same morning.
The service was efficient. The car was ready on time, washed and valetted.
I was disappointed to note when I got home that the service indicator had been set for September 2018. Given that the car with only 5,000 miles on the clock had its first service on November 3 rd I assume that the correct date should be October 2019

Everything appears to have been done well. One small disappointment was that the outside of the roof was incompletely cleaned - although everything else excellent.

I was very well looked after, car was taken in quickly, repaired quickly, and given back to me spotless.
Whilst I cannot fault the quality of the service work, I was a little taken back by the price (over £700) of what was essentially only replacement of filters, aMOT and a new tyre. I found this expensive considering it is a 64 plate with 26500 miles.
The issues w my car were addressed. It was returned to me with a couple of nice upgrades. Black badges seriously a nice touch. They fixed the squeaks in the door. As always front door staff are professional even if things do not go the right way.

The car is great and drives well.If I have any complaints, it would be me getting use to driving an automatic, having driven a manual all my life and also getting use to the bigger car. These are not complaints, just learning experiences.
I overall feel the sales side let me down in all honesty. Initial contact was okay and some going back and forward. Not overall a bad experience, although I feel like it was just a sale. Delivery/handover (David?)was delightful. Last minute save.
