picking up car at 16.30 wasnt a great experience. I was standing waiting for 15 minutes before service person told me youll need to sit down - were very busy and there are lots of people before you. He was a bit rude. I felt ridiculed

Service and MOT process was fine but there was some confusion later in the day about the availability of a replacement rear wiper blade which I had reported when booking in. The outcome was that I had to return the next day for this trivial matter.

Everything was completed on time except for a minor thing - I asked if the windows inside the car could be cleaned as I have trouble reaching them and the windscreen was wiped but the rest of the windows were left dirty.

I believe that Douglas Park displays a friendly, helpful approach when dealing with their customers.
The staff were always good. It just took a long time to resolve and the number of times I had to swap courtesy cars was tedious, as was constantly being given low spec cars with little fuel in them.

Always found staff friendly and helpful. I am always surprised that dont know what service required when book and need to scan key first. It also seems difficult for staff to provide price of service.
