Delivered what they promised and on time.
Job has to refurbish a kerbed diamond cut alloy wheel. First attempt had several flaws. Had to take car back, rebook and return a 3rd time. I did receive a courtesy car as they had to keep my car for 3 days. Job was satisfactory in the end.

The service quality and personal attention were excellent but it was disappointing that a part that was required, admittedly only identified on the day, was not in stock resulting in my being unexpectedly without a car for an additional day.

My one criticism is when Douglas park come to pick up my car i was asked to sign the body inspection document without carrying out inspection I was informed this is common practice and is inspected when it get back to there garage
There was problem with my booking which resulted in some problems at my work place as I got late and missed a meeting.
My wife's approved used vehicle was purchased in May 2019 and had only done about 1200 miles, informed by service department that the back discs are lipped and the front pads are very low at 4mm, the fact that this is picked up after a used approved.
The mechanic - Brian (sorry if wrong name?) was great

It was a product recall. Car was collected aa arranged, I received a video of the car checks and the car was returned later the same day.
Only two issues with service. Near side wing mirror no longer tilts in reverse. It did do this before service. Also was told I had to deal with auto protect re alloy kerb issues. Have submitted claims but Auto protect do not progress claims at all!!
Service done at short notice quickly and efficiently. Refurbishment to my Alloys as the lacquer was beginning to come off and the staff members who did this amazing job cannot be thanked enough for such a great job.
Service was satisfactory although there was quite a long wait between booking and the earliest date my car could be dealt with.

The reason for recall was fully explained by the service manager and as stated the work was carried out promptly at a time that suited me.
I satisfy with the overall the service. However, the waiting area could be improve for more comfort since customer may need to wait at there for at least 1-2 hours for job to be done.
I dropped the car off the night before as I had been told that there was a good chance it would I get it back earlier than forecast, but it didn't happen. And I was informed that two of my tyres weren't runflats and they were. Otherwise it was fine.
Compared to other dealers, not competitive.
Service from start to finish was very professional
Again the staff are helpfull and pleasant but my car is only a year old old and developed a rosd grinding noise they had the car in twice and gave me it back after 2 weeks approx and although they agree a noise was detected its still not fixed .
Recall job done as promised with a Vehicle Health Check thrown in.
Very happy with my service was book in for getting my alloys fix and need a service done so they done them both at the same time and gave me a car to use in till my wheels where done and was very happy with the bmw convertible that i got to use

Most every time I am the service area I book in a waiting appointment. I enjoy having a coffee and a wander round the cars that are parked in the adjacent showroom area.
Given a seat in waiting atrea and any refreshment i wished ( non alcoholic ) Waited no time at all , lovely staff.

My car was in the garage from 8:00am until 4:00pm - I felt this was a long time given that the recall letter suggested it would take 2hrs! Even lunchtime would have been acceptable

I would have preferred to have used the Service Centre at Hillington (less than 5km from my home) than travel across Glasgow to have a tyre changed. Sadly, that Service Centre no longer has a tyre fitter (except by appointment I presume?)
Damage valve installed three times. Twice I have been in the garage. I bough the car a month ago.
The vehicle was returned with dirty oily marks on the bonnet.
The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. However, the car was booked in (as well as the replacement of one faulty alloy) for a squeak in the tailgate (the third occasion it has attended for this issue) which is still not remedied.
My car was serviced as expected and was ready to collect earlier than advised. The staff were polite, professional and made me feel special. I have issues with corrosion on the car's wheels and the response to my complaint was very positive.

4/5 but won't let me submit - had 2 month old baby, appreciative of them completing service quickly and not having to be there longer than necessary. Didn't see any interactive areas for children similar to dealership but may have been missed by me
Hire car provided for each visit to the garage to minimise my disruption however 3 visits required to the garage to fix the faults.
Staff at Pinkston Road branch were very helpful. Service could not be faulted.

Douglas Park,Glasgow were efficient ,polite and helpful at all stages of my car service. They informed me when my car was ready for collection(earlier that expected too) and I was able to arrange transport into town on arrival at the service centre
Staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that the check-in process, update and collection were handled perfectly. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
Two months out of warranty, experienced an issue which, with the intervention of the Service Manager at my now go-to service centre (Douglas Park BMW Glasgow), resulted in a significant contribution being made by BMW (agreed to meet the cost of parts
DP did not admit to an error made previously but they carried out a repair for free to their credit. Additionally during the last visit I felt the front desk customer rep was a bit pushy for additional work to be carried out.

I needed advice this time as there were several different models I wanted to consider. The Centre had an excellent range of new cars on show and the sales consultant was really helpful and thoroughly professional throughout.
