Recently I found water in my rear nearside brake light unit and the initial inspection stated that the water ingress was not covered by the warranty. Which I felt unhappy with the outcome.

I Bought a car under warranty and i brought it to yous to fix and yous said there was nothing wrong with it and that its been tested, yet when i took the car to another bmw garage they figured out the problem and its being solved

The car was in for 3 items and 1 was a squeaky front brake, I was told this was fixed but it still appears to be happening and I'll need to book it back in.
...... I have now bought (at great expense) a potentially un-drivable car as replacement tyres can't be provided and no solution is being offered.

I was under the impression, as were the staff that a Brake Fluid change was covered under my plan & called me on my way home to ask for payment!

Arranged to have winter wheels and tyres changed--they store them free of charge--speedily and efficiently dealt with plus a health check and valet -all for a nominal charge--very impressed

Required new tyre but it could not be replaced by same make of tyre.
Service, etc. as expected. Minor glitch was that an amber Service Warning appeared on subsequent start-ups and I had to return to BMW to have this cleared / reset. That was promptly done whilst I waited.

This was a minor service for brake fluid which was easily arranged as BMW contacted me to arrange the service. A date was arranged to suit me and work carried out quickly to allow me to collect car by lunchtime. I was kept updated on progress.
Everything was as good as usual except for there being some delay. I was in sharp 8:00am Saturday morning for a winter tyre swap after sitting 2 hrs I had to enquire how much longer it would be. Break pads needed replaced in stock done there and then

When the car was serviced your systems were down, so the car cane back without any paperwork indicating that the service had been carried out. I requested this but it was never sent despite two reminders. Poor show!
Repair work is quite satisfactory, genuine parts will be used and always get back the car in time and washed shining.

Unfortunately, the part which my car needed as part of the recall was not in stock when I booked my appointment so I had to leave my car overnight which I hadn't planned to do.
They agreed to order the part when I made the booking. When I delivered the car they had not ordered the part thereby meaning that I had to visit a second time. Very inconvenient.

Priority attention was provided given that this was a new car returned for the 3rd time to correct an air con fault ( lack of gas). I felt the team fully recognised that this should have been corrected on the 2nd visit.
Found the price of wind screen wipers a bit over the top .
Vehicle was in getting a tyre replaced when I returned home the wheel was missing the msport sticker and valve cap!! Poor workmanship
On a previous visit, Douglas Park advised that my Z4 shock absorbers looked "weak". I had the Z4 independently MOT'd prior to the Douglas Park service and it passed with no problems. I'm just being cautious about Douglas Park work and charging.

The next day after big service, I needed to go to the shop to buy adblue,. I was not very satisfied. I spent £435 for service.the next day, I had to add adblue. myself.

I shouldn't have had to return the car so quickly. From the moment I drove away from the dealership l experienced problems which should have been identified by the service department well in advance, not just ticking boxes on a service sheet.

Graeme Gibson was excellent. Listened to our needs and helped us find a car.
I called in advance to say I needed a new shock absorber so it could be ordered in. The garage didn't order it until my car arrived and I was without my vehicle for over a week. This was disappointing.
Car picked up timeously but when returned, alleged to have been cleaned but not impressed with the job, and the rear mats were put back upside down.

I received a phone call on the Thursday evening to confirm my car was ready for collection and I notified BMW I'd collect in the morning. When I arrived my car wasn't ready for collection which resulted in me being late for work.
On this occasion they did manage to fix the problem the car was in for, however this was the third time the car had been in for the same issue.
A routine service with an additional query on the morning which I was hoping that after having the car for a full day, a plan to remediate would be arranged, but sadly not, as I have to book back into have it looked at again. (Two days work).
Only aspect I don't like is that there is longer waiting time to be attended to.
The assistant that dealt with me was excellent. Yvonne was new to Douglas Park but you could tell she has years of experience. She made me feel welcome & comfortable. Huge difference from one of my previous visit. Thank you Yvonne your an asset.

Several calls relating to booking in the car and what it was going in for. Staff appeared confused when trying to arrange
It took too long, nearly 4 weeks, for a rather simple part to be in stock and fitted. Courtesy car provided but initially the car was not remotely similar to my own car. After 2 weeks I requested a more similar vehicle to mine, at least an automatic.
No issues, and was able to plan next appointment with staff after service.
On time, all done as requested, and good communication.
