Friendly and professional.
Ease of booking and quick turn around for a Saturday. Slightly cheaper than quoted for the work. Previous experience with same dealer with an issue with this car which was sorted at a much reduced cost which I expected to be huge.
Fault on car was repaired. First time.
Cannot fault a thing. Was perfect.
The service agent who booked my car in was very friendly even when I asked if instead of having 2 alloy repairs I asked for 4 to be carried out. He also got the alloy staff member to come and explain things to me. His name was Sam.
Car was in for a recall, but a health check was done and few things brong to my attention, car was even washed and hooverd great service

Just how I feel about the service
Again my reasons are simple, at Park's you don't get the miinimum of service, they go beyond that and notify you of any issues you may expect in the future, via wear and tear, all whilst keeping you abreast of the work they are currently doing.
As above. Staff are very friendly and helpful, appointments made to suit me and all work required explained in advance. Easy drop off and pick up and all covid protocols in place make for a reassuring experience
