Quick turnaround for the repair and kept informed throughout the process however some of the 'courtesy' health check recommendations felt like a sales pitch to get money rather than legitimate issues.

I couldn't get booked in on the initial date I requested and if I wanted a courtesy car I would need to wait for 3 months I Had a rear light fault and they didn't have the part to fix it so I had to illegally drive my car for a week

My Car is 4 years old with 55,000 miles. When I booked service I was told that I was covered by a 5 yr service package. On dropping the car off I was advised that there could be a mileage limit. Only after the service was I advised I was not covered

All of the components of the service, down to the labour time, were explained. I was given sound advice on the condition of the brakes on my BMW 320D X Drive and not put under any sales pressure.
Nothing really goes smoothly with them
Previously I had been able to get someone to come and pick up / deliver back my car which makes it easier for me to sort timing for service etc. This is important for me as I travel a lot and it's difficult for me to take the car to the service site

I had asked for my car to be ready for 10 am and Brian in service phoned me exactly at 10 am to say the MOT had been Carried out
I specifically asked for new wiper blades at the time of booking. They were not fitted because they did not have stock.
This is the second car I have had that they can't fix. First one broke down five time (Once on a day I had just picked it up).The car I have now with a drive issue. Bought last year, picked up with scratches and a rattle. Now the drive issue.

Staff were very accommodating and included a couple of other items above and beyond the MOT and service ie winter tyre change and pre end of warranty inspection. This meant everything was done in one visit

Just utter money stealing rubbish. Tried to charge me 120 quid for a test they didn't even tell me about.
I was advised I needed one new tyre. As they were four new tyres I wanted a matching one which Parks did not have. I took the car/tyre to my supplier and there was nothing wrong with the tyre which I was advised needed replaced. Still in use.

Superb. Car had developed a fault prior to a lengthy trip. Adviser Brian at Douglas Park managed to have a technician check it at a day's notice even though they had more than 90 vehicles booked in. Couldn't ask for more.

Service offered was 3 weeks in advance, no offer of a courtesy car and on mentioning this, I was then given a date circa 8 weeks hence again. Please also refer back to my previous remark regarding the manner in which the conversation was conducted.

Ever since I bought my car from Douglas park I have constantly been let down by the after sales department. Ongoing issues not resolved and inaccurate information on tyre tread depths when performing service mot and vehicle health check.
I booked my service and courtesy car on 25/1/19 over the phone. It was a month in advance due to the lack of availability of courtesy car. When I arrived I was told my car was booked in for a service a month later and no courtesy car was available.
Cost of service was an issue but that's BMW standard costs and parts.....
I had a brake fluid replacement done while I waited. It was a pleasure to sit and know the process would be smooth and efficient.
Paid to get an issue fixed, took hours longer than they told me it would, then I had to go back as the issue reappeared two weeks later
Car was ready when promised and work was carried out to the usual high standard. Had to wait slightly longer than normal when picking the car up.
Provision of a replacement vehicle was not confirmed after several attempts to have this confirmed I was on the verge of returning vehicle.
Was left standing for the drop off in town even though I was first waiting for 25 minutes. Driver just shrugged his shoulders and drove off with other customers. Very poor customer service.

Very satisfied, Barry did the handover to me however explained pretty much all of it on the initial test drive so there wasn't much more to cover except the iDrive system
Sat nav had not been installed. I was told to take it in at the weekend and it would be done but when I did I was then told the code had not been received and this why it had not been installed. Still waiting for this to be installed 2 weeks later.
Car was immaculate on handover and every question I asked was dealt with competently.
Still waiting for the 2nd car key.
Our appointment started later because the customers booked in before us were late. This wasn't a problem as it wasn't BMWs fault and other staff looked after us while we waited.

David and Chris were friendly and also efficient in dealing with my specific requirements. Jack was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic when explaining the features of the car. The bouquet of flowers I received was a lovely touch too.
Not enough fuel in car on collection - just one quarter tank of diesel for a £54,000 car! This leaves a very negative impression I am afraid. Douglas Park Glasgow really needs a dedicated handover bay. Name wrong in V5 and Finance documents.
