I didn't have a great experience however I do feel the advisor that I dealt with was efficient. Again I've provided BMW the fault codes from the AA. Had a problem with my engine management light - I left no further forward but at my expense.

Car was delivered with damage to front splitter and screwdriver found in centre console whilst in presentation bay. Still awaiting a response from dealer over replacement of splitter 2 weeks after pick up, despite agreement to replace.
