If we could give a zero we would. The sales man Roddy asked for more money to replace 4 tyres on our trade in and when we pointed out that one had been newly changed due to a puncture a few months ago, he changed his story to 2 tyres. Unbelievable

Car was in for a noise investigation. The technician road tested the car with me, explained all he had done in the investigation and what the possible causes were. Very detailed and helpful.

I dropped the car off on the Sunday afternoon for the service on the Monday . Motorrad had an event on that day and I couldn't get a space to park. The receptionist moved her car so I could have her space. That was going above and beyond to help me.

I had my car in for a service and you discovered the calliper had seized on. I can't help thinking this was the steering issue that was identified in May 25 but turned out to be nothing in September. I suppose this could be chance however..

Went in for 2 headlights to be replaced only one was done they were condensation in both of them but on the day only one had condensation I supplied picture of both headlights badly condensation so I have to wait till the other headlight shows fault

Personally I think the amount charged for Adblue was ridiculous this amount can be purchased elsewhere for a third of the price, to be honest the cost of a minor service that took under 3 hours and cost the best part of £500: is too much.
