The sales assistant and manager could not have been more helpful. We had a few problems with our trade in but the salesman, Ewan Smith kept at it until it was resolved. Can't praise him enough.

The work on my X3 was done to an excellent standard, and communication with the Pinkston Road service centre was excellent. I was kept in the loop as to what was happening with my car at all times. Very good.

The only drawback is the site of the garage which is pretty awkward to get to and from once you have dropped your car off for a service

After approx. 3 weeks they managed to fix problem that was caused by an incorrectly fitted part, fitted by one of the technicians which let in water when raining. The defect started as an intermittent fault in October and eventually repaired in March

David Smith was very good to deal with. Understood the frustration and product failure. Was diligent in maintaining contact, requesting supporting information, conveyed mutual understanding of my situation, and got the failing resolved.

Everything done. Only thing was the time it took. I didn't know there was an express option - dropped the car at 7.15am and they didn't look at it until 4pm. My fault for not asking but could have been offered

See above. Original request to check and replace boot vents ignored, given it was a product recall on Z4 e89 I had advised this is what I wanted looked at first. Service manager eventually got involved and resolved but the experience was painful.

There was no attempt to deal with the additional work required. Impression given was that the minimum service requirement would be carried out as quickly as possible. Work required for brake judder and corroded screws still outstanding.

My vehicle failed its M.O.T. Test due to a broken suspension coil spring.The problem was explained promptly.The replacement parts were ordered and fitted next day.Retest was done.Back on the road in short order. So a pot-hole cost me a day.

Car service went fine, car used to get a full valet only recieved an outside clean and a light hover to floor mats in the front. Changes to the services provided in past years which were always a benefit to buying a BMW no longer being provided.

This is a strange one, I have had on a couple of occasions had to take my car back as the work has not been satisfactory. However although the issues are rectified it can be annoying as the work should be done correctly the first time.

Took the car in a day early, due to commitments on the day my car was meant to be serviced. They looked at my car a day early and I got phone calls telling me exactly what was needing done and needed done to the car.

I am under the impression that the recall caused my fault and shocking fuel consumption for over year. Why did they not do a diagnostic repair of the fault caused by EGR or at least diagnose it and say £x to fix. I had to go elsewhere. Poor show.

When i came into the showroom the young lady who attended to me was really helpful and friendly. I had ran up from town ( arrived puffed out) and I was offered a bottle of water. We did the paperwork and then I was shown out and walked to my car.

I have never had a good experience with Douglas Park Service. Courtesy cars requested at time of booking not being available on day of drop off. Work taking longer, phone calls not answered at all - and then when a message is left calls not returned.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and resolved the issue which was a sensor needing replacing. My car was washed and hoovered out for my return which I very much appreciated.

I had to fight to get the £1000 replacement of the sump quashed. Also acted as a go between 2 garages. Amd found out Douglas park did not act appropriately in accordance with industry standards. The damage happened under Pinkstons watch itself!

They phone to ask if I was coming for my car. When I arrived the car was not ready. When collecting the car the advisor would not hand the keys until I pay the service bill, which I felt was unnecessary , as if I was not going to pay.
