We purchased our car new in January, and have been very happy with it so far/ it was very inconvenient to have to take the car in twice to get the window seal fixed.Once for diagnosis and once for repair.No courtesy car was offered.

The morning was a Stress free process:.handed my car keys, recieved information, given courtesy cars keys and sent on my way. I was then updated via a link for a video of the inspection and asked permission if work needed done. 10/10

The car was in for a BMW recall for problems with the steering. It took 3 days instead of the 2 indicated as the service dept did not know the full protocol for this procedure and did not start the work till the 2nd day and so only discovered it then

Around 2 hours after I collected my car on 28/08/26 from BMW Glasgow I called to the branch to highlight an issue. Requested photos were emailed.3 Sept I called back.as no contacted me. I was told BMW be in touch, 8th Sept still waiting. Poor Service

I arrived at 13.00hrs for a brake fluid change. They said it would take around an hour. At 14.00hrs they said it wasn't ready. I waited another 2 hours, and I said I had to go, and couldn't wait. I had to get a courtesy car and return the next day!

7/8/26 made very welcome and left car for brake fluid change and my free MOT which failed on 2 tyres. The video crashed half way thru and the 2 photos showed no sign of cut to thread and all tyres had between 4.2 and 5.0 tread left continue below.

2 wheels refurbished perfectly. On completion my car was returned with dusty paintwork and 2 bird droppings on the bonnet. I was assured the car would be washed and swept out before collection. The car was hoovered inside but car exterior not washed.
