4 Stars simply because process took too long and was somewhat impersonal. This was not the salesman's fault but more the time they had to spend checking all the documentation on screen. Over reliance on technology systems.

Cameron (salesman) was lovely, I had to cancel my current insurance and take out a new policy which took a little longer than usual for a handover but he was more than considerate of this.

Only a reset to a unit was done, which does seem to have worked, so that's good. Software still nagging to be updated in car and on bmw app. My quote for the stone chips wasn't provided. So 1 of 3 issues resolved on my visit.

Service was good. The express check in however wasn't exactly quicker waited a while as someone was using it then a lady took my details but directed me back to it - someone then opened a locker whilst I was trying to sort mine which caused confusion

Having fitted my rear winter wheels on the Wednesday, one of the wheels fell off on the Saturday evening while my wife drove the vehicle. Evidently the job was not done properly. I'm away on business but will engage dealer directly on my return.

Staff are friendly and helpful and they are willing to keep th car for a few extra days if I'm not going to be in Glasgow to collect it after its service - important for people who live on a Scottish island and try to fit as much into a visit as poss

All work carried out, I needed my car back early and the guys did their best to meet this, however a part was needed which has to be ordered. It was ready early pm the next day I was advised of delay and it was ready early pm next day

I've bought my last two cars from Douglas Park. Jack rang me in advance of the MOT and service to go over everything. I drove from Newcastle to Glasgow as I was keen to have the same team look after my car. I can't fault the customer service.

Staff waited til I got there after business hours as the traffic was ridiculous on approach. Can't thank the girls enough. I was only 10 mins later but I appreciate them waiting after me calling to say I will be there. Staff are always courteous.

Was told when the car was booked in for repair that a recall was due and would be fixed. This was also discussed when I dropped the car. On checking the invoice the recall was not fixed nor was this explained when I picked the car up.

I have waited 6 years for this recall work. When I got it back I was given a service update in a Mini folder. The feedback was inaccurate. The worst was probably that the front tyres needed urgent replacement as the tread was 2mm. They are 3.9mm.
