Very satisfied Conner has done it again!!. He was able to source me the car of my dreams very efficiently and I was able to pick it up within 5 days. You can't bit that level of service.

Ewen, Colin and David were very helpful throughout process. Time between reserving car online and picking up was 2 days (Sat-Mon) which was incredible. Super easy.

I left my car at 9.15am For what I was led to believe was a service. I was contacted just before 5pm. Just to be told that they had done an oil change and I would have to book an other appointment for the service. Most disappointed.

After difficulty getting service booking due to phones constantly ringing out I eventually got my car booked in. Walked in and went to reception desk with 2 girls to hand keys in. Asked to use book in terminal despite 2 staff members doing nothing

There is an obvious judder when reversing & turning the wheel at slow speeds unhappy with the explanation given. BMW are aware and it's not an issue however test drove another x5 at the weekend which is the same make model & age and there's no judder

Poor customer service from a management perspective and poor communication when problems arose. I felt as though they had forgot about me while my car was in for service/repair. Didn't clean my car after offering. Installed 2 new tyres with wrong PSI

I would have given 5 stars , but driving home from Douglas Park I noticed the boot open sign come on and in spite of me stopping the car and trying to close the boot, it won't close. Consequently I need to have the car booked in again to fix it.

Car was collected in the morning, a video was sent during the service, a warranty job was identified and I was contacted to discuss it, car was dropped back home 3 hours after it left.

I had asked for the adblue to be topped up it hadn't been done but it was billed on the service sheet. I'd also asked for an aircon service which had been marked as done but I then had doubts about whether this had been done or not.
