Apart from a humorous incident looking for the tow bar switch with Dylan and others the service by Colin Little initially and Dylan Prendergast laterally was excellent.

The whole purchase and ordering process was seamless and efficient. The dealership sales and finance personnel at Douglas Park BMW Glasgow were excellent - helpful and very professional throughout the entire sale and handover .

As above comment. Only slight issue was problems with the computer system being slow and IT had to deal with problem. Fully understand that this can happen, but was frustrating for both myself and the team at BMW

Overall, fully satisfied but a small line of adhesive was left on the edge of the drivers door (full length) which my detailer had to safely take off. A minor thing, in the overall picture, but worthy of note.
