Very satisfied Conner has done it again!!. He was able to source me the car of my dreams very efficiently and I was able to pick it up within 5 days. You can't bit that level of service.

I have alway found it to be very good. My only criticism would be I seem unable to book a specific time slot for a service or MOT and to leave my vehicle all day makes for a very very long when you are not working

Experience by Douglas Park & BMW group has been disgraceful. I was forgot about for 6 weeks, with no updates. My vehicle was off the road for 3 months waiting for a part, then the first day I got my car back it was dirty and the same fault reappeared
