The salesman Graeme Gibson who dealt with us was very professional and really went the extra mile to get us the car and deal to suit our requirements. He was also so patient in dealing with my wife and my questions

Mostly satisfied. However, no explanation was given as to why 3 of the year old tyres had worn to 3mm while the 4th had only worn to 6mm. This seems strange and concerning.

Not only was my car dealt with as promised but there was a thorough vehicle health check done. Could not be more satisfied with the service I received from DP BMW having dealt with other garages in the past.

Service was fine, information received about tyre wear, and brakes etc was all very useful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I am annoyed though that I could not get a fault investigated at the same time as the service, due to staffing issues.

My car was booked for full service, that day I was told not required. But when I collected car I double checked and found full service was required. Frustrating mix up, but the team handled very well and resolved fully and promptly.

I was called to arrange a due service. I ended up with an appointment for 2 days later. I dropped my car of the day before so they could do it early. I was called later day of drop off and my car had been done for me.

It was fine. The fault which arose even though my car is only a few months old, turned out to be my own fault as I had not implemented an update. That said, this latest BMW is overly complicated with technology and electronics.
