If I could give 10 stars I would. As usual Liam Strang was my first port of call as I always get amazing service from him. He spoke to Brian in the service workshop who got my car in next day and dealt with the problem.

MOT was done and the car washed but it was returned filthy inside. All surfaces were covered in black and prints and had to be cleaned when I got the car home.

The customer agent dealing with me was a chap called Ross Lyon, he was extremely polite and professional,his manager a chap by the name of Liam also intervened and sent a letter/email to BMW on my behalf asking for them to sort this problem out.

I was relieved the airbag wasn't going to blow my face off if deployed and I work in Tesla service centre and know how the general public are and how crucial reviews are to the humans who work there .

Excellent welcome and assistance. My only comment is surprise that the 4x individual tyre pressures were not checked as part of such a service - I was informed they are only checked 'if an issue arises on the dashboard', which doesn't feel right.

Didn't like the fact that the address for the Glasgow service centre in the BMW app/website and communication was different from the actual address! The address I had took me to Douglas Park Glasgow sales centre!! Otherwise it was good experience.

My car was booked in for a faulty window to be looked at I asked Ross Lyon to request it was driven by a mechanic to hear this and it was not passed on I had to show the mechanic myself and now has to be rebooked for 16th sept communication breakdown

I booked my car in for a service only, given it had been subject to an MOT test 8 months previously. Unbeknownst to me, it was then MOT'd again and I was not contacted about this. Staff at Douglas Park kindly refunded me the cost of this test.
